Brie Appetizer

Heat a small brie (5") in oven or microwave until warm and soft.

Topping:
¼ C brown sugar
¼ C chopped cashews or pecans
Brandy, Jack Daniels or other dark whiskey

Mix sugar, nuts and drizzle liquor into the mixture until the consistency of peanut butter
Pat on top of the brie and return to the oven or microwave until the topping has melted, serve warm.

The brie and topping can be rewarmed in the microwave as needed to keep warm.
