1 C sliced almonds - toasted
1/2 C red onion thinly sliced
4 oz. crunbled blue cheese
1 lb. mixed salad greens

DRESSING
3 Tbs. red wine vinegar
1/3 C olive oil
1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbs. water
1/4 C cranberries
